Description
Participate in personnel recruiting, retention, and manpower management Provide engineer assessment and feedback through employee evaluations, formal and informal counseling, merit increases, and promotions Support personnel career growth to include alignment of individual goals to organizational goals and corresponding employee training/mentoring Provide effective mentoring and guidance to fellow engineers to ensure effective results Ensure a diverse and inclusive culture emphasizing safety, satisfaction, respect, and trust Work with leadership to set and achieve the strategic vision for the organization Support team growth through opportunity identification and business development support as required Support and lead business development efforts and their associated reviews Resolve programmatic and functional issues Manage overhead expenses Engage in process development, deployment, and process improvement Participate in the definition, collection, and analysis of organizational metrics for continuous improvement Other duties as assigned
