ADP is hiring a Tax Centralized Services Rep I.In this position, you'll join a team of rock stars who are responsible for ensuring client tax needs are met with high quality, while providing top notch internal Market support. You'll combine a passion for service and discovering innovative solutions to help our clients enjoy every drop of value within our products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide employee-level payroll tax support
• Respond to payroll tax, amendment, and W2-C inquiries
• Process beginning to end functions of amendment adjustments
• Collaborate with and educate Payroll and HR Market service teams on amendment prevention and tax compliance initiatives
• Flex to support changing tax regulations (such as Employee Retention Tax Credit, Local taxation changes, etc.)
