Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to analyze and design solutions for networking challenges, provide technical support across departments, and troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise. Familiarity with industry-standard concepts, practices, and technologies is essential, along with a degree of creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, gather, and document system requirements.
• Map current and future business processes, identifying issues, gaps, and project objectives.
• Research and propose system solutions that align with operational needs.
• Develop test plans and test cases, and execute testing procedures.
• Document defects and perform retesting of bug fixes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting system requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting as-is/to-be process and system analysis.
• Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and executing testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Intelligent Transportation Systems or software systems that support maintenance and operations processes for transportation agencies.
