Tenure-Track Faculty Position (Assistant or Associate Professor) in Entrepreneurship

Applications are invited from qualified individuals for a 100% full-time assistant or associate professor within the Department of Business Administration. The position is in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and International Business (SEIB) area within the Department of Business Administration. The SEIB faculty include Fellows of the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society, leaders of the TIM and STR divisions of the Academy of Management, and editors of major journals like Organization Science and Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal . We have a vibrant research culture that includes the Illinois Strategic Organizations Initiative (ISOI), the Initiative for Qualitative Research in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (INQUIRE), and an excellent doctoral program.
We seek candidates with a demonstrated commitment to research excellence in the domain of entrepreneurship. An ability and openness to teach courses at graduate and undergraduate levels with different delivery formats is desirable. Experience with online teaching is valued but not required. Applicants must have (or be finishing) a Ph.D. in business or a related disciplinary field.

The Department of Business Administration is a large and diverse unit that includes graduate and undergraduate programs across eight academic areas (i.e., Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, International Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, and Supply Chain).
