POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Trainee, you'll be expected to handle a variety of responsibilities. Some of the trainee's duties include shadowing with a tenured employee to understand various tasks, while maintaining the eagerness to learn and a positive working attitude. A trainee should be a team-player, a fast learner, and have the ability to handle constructive criticism for improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Participate in on-the-job training in different departments.
• Understanding how a company operates.
• Supporting managers with various tasks.
• Understand each department's daily processes and goals.
• Provide administrative support.
• Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
• Provide support to management and other team members as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
• Demonstrated interest in business and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in different departments and perform a range of tasks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
• Excellent math and computational ability.
• Effective communication skills.
