Training Exercise Specialist

Permanent Placement

Support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) by developing and delivering Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) training programs to ensure Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) superiority for the Department of Defense. In this role, you will provide Instructor/Operator (I/O) services to create training materials, conduct instruction, and support NAVWAR integration into military exercises at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Instructor/Operator (I/O) services to develop training materials, documents, requirements, strategies, and instruction for SIGINT/EW systems.
• Develop and update Tactical through Strategic Intelligence Systems/Capabilities training products and deliver training to military units on current and future capabilities.
• Conduct operational tests and provide training product support using the Training Development Capability (TDC) database.
• Deliver GPS 101 and NAVWAR 101 training to both internal and external customers.
• Support customer training requirements by integrating NAVWAR concepts into strategic, operational, and tactical exercises.
• Provide daily IT support for training systems and tools used in NAVWAR instruction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a military or defense-related environment.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
• Preferred Qualifications
  
  • Experience in a deployed PNT environment.
  • Formal instructor certification through a military course/program.
  • Familiarity with Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) concepts and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
