Travelling Superintendent

-What you'll need to succeed -

• 4 years' experience as Construction Superintendent in NYC
• Retail/ high-end retail/ office fit outs/ fitness center. Experience in one or several is a must.
• Travel to sites in Ohio, Florida and around NYC
• Dealing with clients from luxury retail would be advantageous.
• Candidates must be motivated and have the ability to manage subcontractors onsite.
• Candidates must be able to review, update and maintain the project schedule.
• Must have computer and email skills to communicate with team members on projects
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and steel is a plus.
• Must have an active DOB License
• OSHA Certification
