We are seeking skilled IT Professionals with a strong background in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment for upcoming opportunities. Our clients are leading MSPs looking to expand their teams, and we anticipate several open roles across various levels and specializations. Ideal candidates will have prior MSP experience, a proven track record in technical support, and the ability to manage multi-client environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support: Deliver remote and on-site IT support to multiple clients, addressing both end-user and infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues within established SLAs, escalating complex issues as needed.
• System Administration: Manage routine maintenance, software updates, and user administration across diverse client environments, including Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for client interactions, managing expectations, providing regular status updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Project Implementation: Participate in or lead IT projects, such as network installations, cloud migrations, or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all client interactions, configurations, and system changes in ticketing systems.
• MSP Toolset Management: Utilize RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) and PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools for system monitoring, incident tracking, and service delivery.
• Proactive Support & Maintenance: Identify and recommend improvements to client environments to optimize efficiency, security, and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior MSP Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in an MSP environment, managing multiple clients and diverse technical landscapes.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA, or other relevant certifications.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service focus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation to optimize and automate routine tasks.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, such as firewall management, anti-virus solutions, and data protection strategies.
• Proven track record of project management and successful project delivery in a multi-client environment.

Work Environment:

These roles may involve both remote and on-site work, depending on client requirements. Occasional travel to client sites may be necessary.
