Proficient in all UX Research methodologies from Discovery to Validation with expereince in direct user research experience.
Researcher will work as part of a large design organization on planning and executing all research activities to support the development of validated, user focused, digital customer facing experiences.
Tasks can include usability testing, journey maps, interviews, surveys, design thinking workshops, multi-variant studies, users flows, etc.
Must have a collaborative approach, be a good presenter, and able to supply 2-3 examples of research artifacts/deliverables - i.e. complex test plans, results and analysis decks.

Requirements

Top 3 Requirements:

• UX research experience (needs both qualitative and quantitative experience)

• Qualitative: user testing, interview observation researching, journey mapping, service design, diary studies
• Quantitative: partnering with data insights to get reports on usage, doing interpreting of reports, structure & deploy surveys, some statistical analysis

• Must be able to present well, be a good storyteller, can read a room & pivot, have executive presence, establish report, get upscaled on a project quickly, zoom up & down in the story
• Personality: be hungry & driven, ambition to be proactive, want to solve problems, be flexible, change with client demands

Plusses:

• Enterprise company experience
• Consulting experience (through a design agency or large consulting firm - not independent)

Day to Day/Project:

Supporting project based ux research for tools and platforms across Charter that are internal and external. Working mostly on independent projects.

They recently moved from an embedded to a pool research process for their consultant tool kit.
