Purpose



The VP of Business Transformation at Maxim Crane Works Plays a vital role in shaping the future of the company and is responsible for its overall success. This position will be part of the senior leadership team and will report to the CEO. The VP of Business Transformation will collaborate with Operation and Functional leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead the transformational efforts within the organization.

Responsibilities:


* Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and executing transformational initiatives across all departments.
* Collaborate with senior executives to align business transformation efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.
* Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
* Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and drive business transformation.
* Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in the business transformation process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Develop and implement performance metrics to track the progress and success of business transformation initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business methodologies.
* Board Liaison: Assist in preparing materials for Board meetings and serve as a point of contact for Board members on behalf of the CEO.

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
* 7-10 years of experience in senior management roles, with a focus on business transformation and change management.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing business transformation initiatives.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong project management skills.
* Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel, VISIO, and PowerPoint.

* Successful implementation and adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
