We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant for one of our customers in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay Rate: $23.00-25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and update records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Manage office supplies, track inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Handle filing, scanning, copying, and other clerical tasks to support various departments.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
